With over 20 years of progressive experience in global higher education, research, and academic leadership, Dr. Samrat Ray has evolved into a visionary institutional strategist with a proven record of shaping internationally recognized educational ecosystems.

Currently serving as Director – Academic Skill Development at Eduspark International Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai, Dr. Ray leads the strategic growth and operations of five regional skill development centers across Maharashtra. He concurrently holds leadership roles as Dean & Director of International Relations and Research at IIMS Pune and Senior Researcher in Economics of Innovation at Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University, Russia.
